In the area of the Sowiogórski Communication Center from March 17, 2022. a consultation and information point for citizens from Ukraine was launched, where it is possible to complete formalities in one place:
- Representative of the Poviat Employment Office - registration and obtaining career counseling and information about job offers,
- Representative of the Social Welfare Center - submission of an application for material support for refugees - incl. for a one-time cash benefit in the amount of PLN 300,
- Representative of the Social Insurance Institution - registration with ZUS PUE.

The point is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
З 17 березня 2022 року в Комунікаційному центрі Sowiogórski. запущено консультаційно-інформаційний пункт для громадян України, де можна в одному місці виконати формальності:
- Представник повітового бюро зайнятості - реєстрація та отримання консультації щодо кар'єри та інформації про пропозиції роботи,
- Представник Центру соціального забезпечення – подання заяви про матеріальне забезпечення біженців – у т.ч. на одноразову грошову допомогу в розмірі 300 злотих,
- Представник Закладу соціального страхування - реєстрація в ЗУС ПУЕ.
