Funding under the National Training Fund (KFS)

The District Labour Office in Dzierżoniów offers entrepreneurs the opportunity to obtain funding for the development of employees’ competencies under the National Training Fund (KFS). This is a real opportunity to enhance team qualifications, implement new technologies, and increase the company’s competitiveness—with significant financial support.

KFS funds received from the District Labour Office may be used by the applicant to cover costs related to:

  • training courses and postgraduate studies;
  • validation of acquired knowledge and skills or issuance of documents confirming such knowledge and skills;
  • medical and psychological examinations required to undertake training or professional duties after completing training;
  • accident insurance related to participation in training.

Application period: from April 10, 2026 to April 16, 2026

Key areas in which entrepreneurs may obtain funding:

  1. Improving management and communication within the company, based on principles of preventing discrimination and workplace bullying, developing social dialogue, employee participation, and supporting workplace integration.
  2. Supporting the development of skills and qualifications in occupations identified as shortage professions in a given area, i.e., at the county or regional level.
  3. Supporting lifelong learning in connection with the implementation of new processes, technologies, and work tools in companies, with particular emphasis on digital skills, AI, and so-called green skills—especially where these factors may pose a risk of job loss.
  4. Supporting the development of skills and qualifications necessary in the healthcare and care services sector, as well as supporting the development of skills and qualifications of members or employees of social cooperatives and employees working in social enterprises listed in the register maintained by the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy (MRPiPS).

KFS funding is not only about co-financing training, but above all:

  • real support for business development,
  • increased competitiveness,
  • preparation for technological changes,
  • investment in employees’ competencies without fully burdening the company budget.
