Young People Explore the Jobs of the Future – Film Competition

What will the jobs of the future look like? Which professions will be in demand, and how will they contribute to the development of Lower Silesia? The Voivodeship Labour Office in Wrocław invites young people from the region to take part in the film competition “My Future Profession”.

The competition is open to students aged 13–18 who live or attend school in Lower Silesia. Participants are invited to create a short video of up to 60 seconds showing why a selected occupation that is currently in high demand is important for the future development of the region.

The video can be created as a Reel, TikTok or YouTube Short. What matters most is creativity, an original idea and a fresh perspective on the future of work. The winner will receive a Mobile Creator Kit – a professional smartphone video kit designed to help develop their creative skills and produce even better content.

Entries are open until 12 November 2026.

The competition is organised by the Voivodeship Labour Office in Wrocław. The event partners are Anna Sobolak, Member of the Polish Parliament, and Wojciech Bochnak, Deputy Marshal of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.

The competition rules, application form and full details are available on the Voivodeship Labour Office in Wrocław website.
