Once again, Dzierżoniów was transformed into a giant game board. Today, seventh-grade students from Dzierżoniów proved that they can think outside the box, work together and find a solution to every challenge. The second edition of the “Enterprising Dzierżoniów” outdoor game delivered plenty of excitement, with the final results decided by mere seconds.
Students from seventh-grade classes at Dzierżoniów’s primary schools took part in the competition. The participants faced a variety of challenges requiring not only economic knowledge, but also observation skills, quick decision-making and excellent teamwork. The game demonstrated that modern entrepreneurship is about much more than running a business – it is, above all, the ability to find unconventional solutions and take initiative.
The competition was extremely close, and the excitement continued right up to the finish line. When teams had the same number of points, their final positions were determined by the time they needed to complete the route.
Here are the winners of this year’s edition:
- 1st place: Team No. 6 from Primary School No. 9 in Dzierżoniów (“Dziewiątka”), consisting of Nikola Hojka, Pola Papińska, Hanna Brzęk and Pola Micewicz.
Team supervisor: Anna Latacz. - 2nd place: Team No. 3 from Primary School No. 1 named after Polish Nobel Prize Winners in Dzierżoniów, consisting of Amelia Ciszewska, Natalia Matusiak, Kajetan Sawicki and Liliana Woźniak.
Team supervisor: Jolanta Rygas. - 3rd place: Team No. 4 from the “Edukacja i Rodzina” Non-Public Primary School in Dzierżoniów, consisting of Maria Kunda, Zofia Kropiwnicka, Oskar Krzywoń and Adam Baderko.
Team supervisor: Aniela Jurków.
Congratulations to the winners and to all the teams who took on the challenge and competed with great commitment throughout the game! We would also like to thank the teachers and supervisors for their support and for preparing the students for the competition.
The success of the event would not have been possible without the involvement of local institutions, public offices and businesses that prepared the activity stations for the students.

The second edition of the game has shown that Dzierżoniów continues to grow stronger, and its future is in the hands of young, ambitious people. After all, entrepreneurship is not only about running a business – it is a mindset, the courage to take action and the ability to work as a team.
