We would like to remind you that due to the change in the Road Transport Act, taxi drivers who have a taxi license issued before September 17, 2023 are obliged to submit to the office documents confirming compliance with the new requirements specified in the Act, i.e.:
- a document confirming the right to drive a motor vehicle (driving license category B),
- a decision confirming the lack of health contraindications to work as a driver,
- a decision confirming the lack of psychological contraindications to work as a driver.
Confirmation must be made in writing (in paper or electronic form) by March 31, 2024.
If this deadline is not met, the licenses will expire on June 30, 2024.
