Recruitment has begun for the project "Diploma and What Next? Graduates with Disabilities in the Labor Market," co-financed by the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON) under the "ABSOLWENT II" program. The project aims to support people with disabilities in entering the labor market and to make it easier for employers to hire qualified candidates.
The project is aimed at:
• individuals with disabilities who are final-year students or graduates (up to 5 years after graduation), unemployed, working part-time, or underemployed.
• employers who want to recruit qualified employees and benefit from support in arranging internships and employment.
As part of the project, participants can receive:
• a paid internship (approximately PLN 3,510 net),
• career counseling and career path planning,
• free training and courses to improve skills,
• reimbursement of travel and care costs,
• support in finding employment.
Employers, in turn, can benefit from:
• free candidate recruitment,
• a 4-month internship financed from the project funds,
• funding for the intern's supervisor – PLN 500 gross per month,
• the possibility of reimbursement for workstation equipment (approximately PLN 5,000 on average).
