Entrepreneurs from Dzierżoniów can apply for real estate tax exemption for up to 3 years as part of regional investment aid! On March 16, 2024, the resolution of the Dzierżoniów City Council entered into force, continuing the city's long-standing policy of supporting entrepreneurship.
Tax exemption may be granted when an entrepreneur plans to implement a new investment:
- create a new enterprise or expand an existing one,
- increase the production or service capacity of the plant,
- introduce new products or services not yet offered,
- introduce new technological solutions not previously used in the company.
The most important step in applying for this assistance is to meet the so-called incentive effect - i.e. submitting a notification of the intention to use aid before starting any purchases (e.g. real estate, machinery, equipment) and signing contracts or orders.
