On 12 November 2026, the next call for applications for the project “Modern Workforce in Lower Silesia – A System for Financing Development Services for Residents of the Wałbrzych Subregion” will open. Participants can receive up to 90% funding for development services available through the Development Services Database (BUR), with a maximum reimbursement of PLN 9,000.
The Regional Development Agency “Agroreg” S.A. in Nowa Ruda invites residents of the Wałbrzych subregion to take advantage of opportunities to improve their professional skills and qualifications, acquire new skills or retrain. The project offers an opportunity for professional development and better preparation for the changing needs of the labour market.
Under the project, participants can receive funding in the form of reimbursement for development services delivered through the Development Services Database, including vocational training courses and professional development programmes. The funding rate is up to 90% of the service cost, and the maximum reimbursement amount is PLN 9,000.
Particular emphasis is placed on developing green and digital skills and qualifications, which are becoming increasingly important in today's labour market. The full range of available training courses can be found on the Development Services Database website.
The project is aimed at residents of the Wałbrzych subregion, which includes:
- Dzierżoniów County,
- Kłodzko County,
- Świdnica County,
- Wałbrzych County,
- the city of Wałbrzych (a city with county rights),
- Ząbkowice Śląskie County.
Individuals who wish, on their own initiative, to improve their skills or professional qualifications or acquire new ones through retraining are eligible for funding. Individuals conducting business or educational activities are not eligible to participate in the project. This also applies to individuals whose business activity has been suspended.
Call for applications No. 20/AGROREG/2026 will open on 12 November 2026 at 9:00 a.m. and close on 14 November 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
The total budget allocated to this call is PLN 500,000. Please note that the call may close earlier if 100% of the available allocation is reached.
Application forms may only be submitted electronically via the Operator's online IT system. Each application form must be signed electronically using either a Trusted Profile (Profil Zaufany) or a qualified electronic signature.
