On October 26, the service will be introduced in 5 other regions, including the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. In this voivodeship, taxpayers can now access an online form that allows them to make an appointment from November 9, inclusive. Earlier settlement of the matter (ie before November 9) will be possible after contacting your office. Ultimately, the service will cover tax offices also in other provinces and will be available to KAS customers throughout Poland.
How to make an appointment?
Appointments can be fixed starting from today, for dates from November 9 inclusive. You can make an appointment:
- via the Internet - you can use the electronic form available at podatki.gov.pl or your tax office,
- by phone - for the Tax Office in Dzierżoniów it is the number: 74 832 84 18
- at the office - during a personal visit to the "Making appointments" point, located near the entrance.
How to arrange a visit to the tax office yourself?
- go to the website wizyta.podatki.gov.pl
- choose the appropriate office and the matter you want to settle
- select the date and time of your visit
- provide your details
- you will receive confirmation of the date of the visit to your e-mail address
- come to the office on the arranged date. The specific position / room is indicated in the confirmation of the visit
Other ways to get things done online
The National Tax Administration encourages the continued use of the existing remote forms of dealing with matters in tax offices. In addition to the hotline of the National Tax Information and the possibility of settling your tax matters through the websites podatkii.gov.pl and biznes.gov.pl, special telephone numbers are also available at tax offices. They can be found on the websites of offices in the „Contact” tab.
Important: due to the epidemic situation, we should make an appointment with the office only if it is necessary, and appointments are being made via the Internet or by phone.
