Businesses operating in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship can apply for funding to develop their employees’ skills and access training and development services tailored to their business needs. Applications are currently being accepted under Measure 7.4.A of the European Funds for Lower Silesia (FEDS) programme, entitled “Grants for Development Services for Businesses in Lower Silesia”. The programme offers funding of up to 70% of the cost of selected development services.
The support covers development services that address the needs of businesses and their employees, in particular:
- Professional training courses;
- Postgraduate studies;
- Consulting services.
The project operates under a demand-driven model using the Development Services Database (Baza Usług Rozwojowych – BUR). This means that businesses can independently select the services that best meet their identified needs and help develop their employees’ skills and competencies.
Training courses and other development services are available through the Development Services Database.
Micro, small, medium-sized and large enterprises operating in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship are eligible to apply for funding.
Businesses located in Dzierżoniów County, which is part of the Wałbrzych subregion, can obtain information about the application process and available support from the following programme operators:
-
Dolnośląska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A. (Lower Silesian Regional Development Agency)
-
DAWG – Dolnośląska Agencja Współpracy Gospodarczej (Lower Silesian Agency for Economic Cooperation)

Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and the operator’s online system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Application forms must be submitted electronically via the system available at: https://www.74a.uslugi-rozwojowe.pl
Funding under Measure 7.4.A of the FEDS programme provides an opportunity to enhance employees’ qualifications, acquire new skills and better align the team’s competencies with the needs of the business.
