The issue of personal data protection affects every entrepreneur and the first area we think about in this aspect are HR and recruitment processes. So how to obtain personal data at the recruitment and employment stage in accordance with the GDPR? When do I need consent to data processing? Can I publish images of my employees? How do GDPR regulations apply to employee documentation, questionnaires, CVs, contracts, etc.? All these and many other everyday questions will be answered by the trainers.
