ePłatnik application without secrets – free training for entrepreneurs

On June 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM, the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) invites all interested parties to a free online training course, "ePłatnik"(E-Payer Service)," aimed at entrepreneurs, accounting office employees, and those responsible for ZUS settlements. Don't wait – sign up now.
Practical training material will allow participants to better understand the capabilities of the ePłatnik application and streamline their daily handling of social security matters. The training will last approximately 2.5 hours and will be led by an expert and practitioner from the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS).

During the training, participants will learn, among other things:
• How to efficiently use the ePłatnik application,
• How to prepare and submit documents to ZUS,
• How to avoid common errors,
• How to use the system's key features.
Additionally, after the training, participants will receive a presentation that they can refer back to at any time and share with others. The training will be held via the Webex Events platform. On the morning of the event, each registered participant will receive an email link enabling a completely secure connection to the training room. All you need to participate is a computer or mobile device with internet access and a Google Chrome or Firefox browser.

How to sign up for the training?

You must provide the following information in your application:
•    name and surname,
•    email address,
•    company name,
•    contact number.

To participate, you must read the information clause, Appendix 1, and submit a signed declaration of consent to the processing of personal data (Appendix 2). This document can be submitted as a scan or photo.
