On June 28, 2025, the obligation to ensure digital accessibility for businesses in Poland, resulting from the European Accessibility Act (EAA), came into force. The new regulations require companies – including online stores, banks, and other online service providers – to adapt their products and services to the needs of people with disabilities.

Learn how to comply with the new legal requirements and discover the real benefits of implementing digital accessibility principles – completely free of charge. 100% funding under the de minimis aid scheme.
