Public consultations on the Dzierżoniów General Plan. Find out how it could impact your investments!
Do you run a business in Dzierżoniów? Are you planning to build a hall, warehouse, or repurpose a property? You have until May 25th to influence what can be built in your neighborhood in the coming years. Key public consultations on the Dzierżoniów General Plan have begun. This document will replace the current "Study of Conditions and Directions of Spatial Development of the Commune" and will become the foundation for all future development decisions.
Why should you, as an entrepreneur, keep your finger on the pulse?
The new plan will define planning zones and urban standards. It will determine whether your company's premises will remain in the production zone or be designated for green spaces or services. Failure to pay attention now risks difficulties in obtaining building permits after 2026.
Where to check the project?
You don't have to browse hundreds of pages of documentation (although it is available at the Customer Service Office of the City Hall and electronically at the Public Information Bulletin – BIP . You can do it faster and use the spatial data browser of the Ministry of Development and Technology
