The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) announces a new competition "HR Academy" for entrepreneurs, HR managers and employees responsible for personnel policy in the company. The grant can cover up to 90% of the cost reimbursement.

The aim of the competition is to select training and consulting projects for entrepreneurs and their employees, under which they will be prepared to introduce and manage change in the company. This change is related to with the aging of the population or the diversification of the way of working.

The call for proposals will be launched on August 1 and will last until August 16, 2023. The competition is carried out as part of the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 (FERS) program. The maximum grant amount is PLN 13,888,889

Entrepreneurs, entities acting for economic development, entities acting for employment, development of human capital or the adaptation potential of entrepreneurs, social and economic partners, employers' organizations and trade unions, as well as associations with the participation of local government units may apply for the competition.

What can the grant be used for?

        Analysis of self-diagnosis of development needs of enterprises related to the HR area;
        Assistance in selecting from the Development Services Database (hereinafter: BUR) development services corresponding to the identified needs of enterprises;
        Reimbursement of the costs of development services purchased by entrepreneurs through BUR.
