The Ministry of Development would like to remind you that registration in CEIDG is completely free. There are commercial companies on the market that send entrepreneurs offers to enter into their registers. The entry in such registers does not authorize to perform any business activity in the territory of Poland.

The data published by such companies do not benefit from the presumption of credibility, and the fact that the entity is listed in such a register by no means proves the formal and legal registration of the company. It has a purely informative or advertising character. Providing their data by entrepreneurs to such companies, as well as paying any fees, is completely voluntary.

The records created by this type of companies are an attempt to duplicate the generally available free information about entrepreneurs contained in public CEIDG or REGON registers.
The Ministry of Development recommends entrepreneurs to be careful before starting cooperation with companies offering paid entries in commercial registers.
