Funding digitalization and AI in manufacturing: Discover the DIG.IT program in free webinar

Process automation, advanced ERP or MES management systems, and AI-driven solutions are becoming the keys to building a competitive edge in today's industrial market. Polish manufacturing companies now have a unique opportunity to finance these transformations at half the cost.

On 2 November 2026, the second call for applications officially launched for the DIG.IT Digital Transformation grant program. Financial support for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the manufacturing sector can reach up to 850,000 PLN, with non-repayable co-financing covering up to 50% of eligible investment costs.

To help business owners seamlessly navigate the application process and successfully secure these EU funds, Stratego – Doradztwo Europejskie is organizing a dedicated online event: "Digitalization Grants for Manufacturing SMEs." The National Chamber of Commerce (Krajowa Izba Gospodarcza) is the official substantive partner of the event. The webinar will take place on 5 November 2026 at 10:00 AM. You can register for free right now via the formularza ClickMeeting.

  • Applying for DIG.IT grants involves meeting specific formal criteria that assess the digital maturity of the proposed projects. During the session, Stratego’s experienced experts will break down key topics, including:
  • Beneficiary Profile: Exactly who can benefit from the program and the specific criteria a company in the manufacturing or production services sector must meet.
  • Eligible Costs: Which digitalization projects—ranging from purchasing ERP/MES licenses and robotics to advanced analytical systems and cybersecurity—qualify for funding.
  • Application Evaluation Criteria: Which elements of IT architecture and technical transformation ARP (Industrial Development Agency) experts focus on the most during scoring.
  • Project Roadmap: How to smoothly and flawlessly navigate the entire journey—from the initial business concept, through budgeting and documentation, to the final application submission.

DIG.IT is an initiative funded by the European Union under the European Funds for a Modern Economy (FENG) program. It places a strong emphasis on implementing next-generation digital technologies that directly optimize factory operational efficiency, automate production lines, and secure data assets for industrial companies in Poland.
