Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone "INVEST-PARK"

The Dzierżoniów subzone covers an area of over 115 hectares. It hosts companies from the chemical, printing, ceramic, plastics, metal processing, electronics, automotive, and e-mobility sectors.

In 2025, a total of 21 enterprises operated in the Dzierżoniów subzone, including:

• 16 companies conducting business under a zone permit (compared to 2024, this number decreased by one due to the expiration of a permit),
• 4 companies operating under a support decision (3 of which also held an active zone permit),
• 4 companies without a zone permit or support decision (for 3 of them the permit expired, while 1 enterprise did not apply for its issuance).
