A shopping center - retail park will be built in Dzierżoniów, in the area of the former Silesiana. According to the investment assumptions, its opening is to take place in the fourth quarter of 2023. The Lidl supermarket will be the grocery operator and one of the largest tenants.
Retail Park Dzierżoniów will have an area of 14,000 sq m. sqm There will be over 20 stores of international brands here. For motorized customers in the retail park, a car park for 400 vehicles will be available, equipped with, among others, in electric car charging stations.
The commercialization process of the gallery is currently underway. Retail space is available from 50 to 100 sq m. Entrepreneurs interested in renting premises for business activity are in particular sought after:
- bakery,
- confectionery,
- butcher shops,
- small specialist stores,
- restaurant.
